- We're back inside GI Fitness and the strength and training
program begins with the moderate keep-you-moving super set
technique, designed to "break a sweat". Exercises include:
- Lower body routine - squats (hack-squats and front
squats), lunges (front, reserve and side)
- Upper body routine - cling and press. dead rows, dead
lifts, upright extensions, upright rows, chest presses,
push-ups, bicep, tricep and forearm curls, and behind
the neck press workout
- Core area routine - core abdominal workout hitting
all twelve muscle groups, front bridges, left and side
bridges, core flexiball workouts, pilates with resista
bands.
Another program combines both strength and cardio fitness
with individual weights on our specialized steppers and is
guaranteed to give you a super total body workout. This workout
emphasizes the glutes and quads resulting in a leaner, well-toned,
fitter you. We also feature jump rope and incline and decline
bench workouts all designed to help you achieve your fitness
goals.
